Privacy and cookies

1. Who we are

The data controller is SC DMX EVENTS SRL, tax ID RO36953644, Trade Register no. J2017000105055, which runs Armonia Venue, Strada Anghel Saligny nr. 11, Oradea, Bihor County, Romania ("we").

2. What data we receive

When you write to us through the contact form, we receive what you fill in: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the estimated date of the event, the number of guests, the kind of event you are interested in and your message.

We do not ask for sensitive data (such as health or religion); please do not send it through the form.

3. Why we use it

We use this data only to reply to you, send you an offer and, if you decide to work with us, prepare the event together. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR): steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need to reply and prepare the event. If no contract follows, we delete them at the latest 2 years after our last contact. If we sign a contract, the documents related to it are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

5. Who else has access to it

Messages sent through the form reach us by email. For this we use providers who process the data only on our behalf and on our instructions: Romarg SRL (Romania), which hosts the site and our mailboxes, and Resend, Inc. (United States), which delivers the emails the site sends. Transfers to Resend rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files the site saves in your browser. We use two kinds.

Strictly necessary — the site does not work properly without them, so we do not ask for your consent: NEXT_LOCALE remembers your language until you close the browser; armonia_consent remembers your choice in the cookie banner for 6 months; payload-token is set only for the site administrators, when they sign in to the editor.

Analytics — switched on only if you press "Accept" in the banner: Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, for up to 2 years, to count visits and show us which pages are read. The data is processed by Google Ireland Limited; details at policies.google.com/privacy.

You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable form and object to its processing. You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time.

For any of these requests, write to contact@armoniavenue.ro; we reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we use your data, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

8. Changes

We may update this page when the way we use data changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
