Terms and conditions
Provisional text — pending legal review.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms govern the online purchase of tickets for events organised by Armonia, including New Year's Eve 2027. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. The organiser
Tickets are sold by SC ARMONIA VENUE SRL (to be confirmed), tax ID (CUI) (to be confirmed), registered with the Trade Register under no. (to be confirmed), with its registered office at Strada Exemplu 1, Bucharest (the "Organiser").
Contact: contact@armoniavenue.ro, +40 700 000 000.
2. Order and confirmation
You choose the ticket type and quantity, fill in your contact and billing details, then pay for the order. Tickets are held temporarily while you pay; if payment is not completed, the hold expires and the seats go back on sale.
An order is confirmed only once the payment has been accepted and you have received a confirmation email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in lei (RON) and include VAT where the law requires it. The final price is shown before payment.
Payment is made online by card through the payment processor NETOPIA. Card details are entered only on the secure NETOPIA page; the Organiser never sees or stores your card data.
4. Ticket delivery
Tickets are delivered electronically by email, to the address given in the order, right after the payment is confirmed. Each ticket carries a unique QR code. Please check your Spam folder; if the email does not arrive, write to us and we will resend it.
5. Access to the event
One QR code grants a single entry. After the first scan the code is no longer valid; copies or screenshots of the same ticket give no additional access.
Keep your ticket safe: the Organiser is not liable for entry gained by another person who obtained your code.
Entry is allowed only to persons aged 18 or over; you may be asked for an ID at the door to check your age. The Organiser may refuse entry to anyone under the influence of prohibited substances or endangering the safety of others.
6. Passing a ticket on
Tickets are transferable — each QR code allows a single entry. You may give your ticket to someone else without telling us; we do not issue new tickets in another name. If the same ticket reaches several people, only the first scan is accepted. Reselling tickets for profit is prohibited.
7. Returns and refunds
Orders can be returned until 1 December 2026, with a refund of the amount paid. Returns apply to the whole order: all tickets in the order are cancelled and the full amount is refunded; part of an order cannot be returned. After that date tickets are no longer refundable, but remain transferable under section 6.
The detailed procedure is set out on the Refund policy page.
8. Changes or cancellation of the event
The Organiser may change the programme, the performers or the running order, as long as this does not materially affect the event.
If the event is cancelled by the Organiser, or moved to a date you cannot attend, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket, including any fees paid, within 14 days at most.
9. Force majeure
The Organiser is not liable for failure to perform caused by force majeure (for example natural disasters, decisions of the authorities, public-safety restrictions). In that case the parties will seek, by agreement, to reschedule the event or refund the ticket.
10. Personal data
The data controller is the Organiser, identified in section 1. We collect your first and last name, email, phone number and billing address; for company invoices, the company name, tax ID (CUI) and trade register number; information about your order; and, at the entrance, the time each ticket is scanned.
We use them to process the order, issue tickets and the invoice, control entry to the event, send event-related communications and meet legal (accounting and tax) obligations. The legal bases are performance of the contract, legal obligation and, for entry control, the Organiser's legitimate interest.
Data is kept as long as needed for these purposes, and accounting records for the legally required periods. We do not sell your data; we share it only with necessary providers (the payment processor NETOPIA, the email service, accounting).
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP). Write to us at contact@armoniavenue.ro.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
Any complaint can be sent to contact@armoniavenue.ro; we reply within 30 days at most.
As a consumer you may also use ANPC's alternative dispute resolution (SAL) bodies: https://anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
